We had a lovely time at the spa, the pizza was lovely and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I'd say the only downside of this really is that the spa doesn't have a pool, we were hoping to have a little swim in between the sauna / hot tub. Otherwise, the saunas / steam room / hot tub / lounge area were all great

A good view of the canal but seating a little uncomfortable. No pressco offered which we thought was part of the package. It didn't matter tho Sandwiches a little bland . Staff pleasant and helpful.

Enjoyed Tower Bridge The provisioners did not feel welcomed not even offered the drinks menu. Very limited menu no starters we liked Saying that our dinner was lovely. Only 2 desserts didn't fancy either but tried 1. Felt like they did not like vouchers
