Participants must be physically fit as it is a demanding experience. Please note this is not suitable for those who are pregnant.

The minimum height is 3ft 9'' (1.2m), maximum weight is 21st (130kg). The harness requires a maximum waist width of 130cm and maximum upper thigh of 75cm.
