The Smart School of cookery started in 2007 by business woman and cook Ann Hood. Ann hosts a pro celebrity cookery school across three locations with famous names such as Valentina Harris, Franck Pontais to mention a few, Frank Pontais has appeared on Ready Steady Cook and in regular broadcasts on BBC Radio.

The school has been hugely successful on both private classes corporate events and continue to do so.

Step into the world of Thai cuisine with this explosion of flavours! Your expert teacher will teach you how to combine ingredients and flavours to create mouth-watering Thai dishes such as Yam Ma Maung, Tom Kha Gai and you will learn the art of making Spring Rolls. You will not just create these wonderful dishes you will both also get to eat of all the wonderful creations!
