To Busy, To Long Waiting

No I do not recommend this product.
The staff at the venue were all pleasant & did their best but the venue was so busy which meant constant waiting (and for long periods). Waiting before you got in, waiting to check in, waiting for your sighting lap, waiting (a lot of) for the experience, waiting for the high speed lap .................. in fact there was so much waiting that eventually we gave up & didn't queue for the high speed lap and didn't get our photo's (as there was yet another huge queue).
The idea is great but we won't be going again until the service becomes much more efficient.

No I do not recommend this product.
Upsell, upsell, upsell. From the moment we arrived we had to pay £5 to park. Then put under pressure to pay £29 for insurance or face £5000 bill for repairs, which definitely wasn't needed as didn't get over 50mph due to being forced to stay in 5th gear and to many slower cars on track. Also had to pay £10 to do fast lap in actual car booked not a slower one. We did not experience what the car was capable of. Would not recommend this.

I had a blast in the atom.
The high speed car ride wasn’t the best, I go faster up the bypass I’m my own car 😂😂😂.
The queue to get in was I bit of a nightmare but it was dry so no dramas.

Whilst it was good experiance, to drive a ariel atom on a wide open space, the track ( a former W.W.2 airfield), the surface was rough as rats so at speed, difficult to see where your going because of the vibration & bumpiness.

No I do not recommend this product.
Turned up filled out forms payed for damage cover and photopackage totaling £80 waited in line and was told I was forgotten about whilst everyone else had their go they eventually got this sorted I then got on the ariel atom to which I'm told I'm not allowed to change gear that I can only cruise round in 5th gear this totally takes away from the driving experience it's advertised as an ariel atom driving experience and I couldn't even change gear

The car didn’t have all working gears so was told to keep in one gear ,instructor was very uninterested .
The description for circuit length didn’t match so it was over with very quickly .when I questioned something at signing on the member of staff got short with my wife .I enjoyed the drive to a point but came away dissspointed considering I’d drove 2.5 hours for it

Lies and upsell ruined the experience

The driving itself was great but the overall experience was ruined by lies and constantly being up-sold.
I was told by 3 different people that the extra insurance waiver was compulsory. When I challenged them, they then admitted it wasn’t but then said I need to pay £5,000 deposit if I didn’t purchase it. That WAS NOT in the booking instructions and experience information I received via email before hand.
By withholding that information, you didn’t prepare people to make a fair choice.
The rest of the booking in process was just a constant assault of trying to squeeze more money out of us, either by more driving, photos, upgrades, different laps and god knows what else. Totally ruined the day and was made to feel uncomfortable if I wasn’t purchasing anything extra.
The drive was fun but overall, I would never return nor use your company for any other experience day again due to the poor treatment, being lied too and being looked at as a walking ATM.

I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed the driving involved in this experience however I'm very sorry to hear that you feel you were let down by the booking process and feel you were lied to. We try to be as transparent as possible and state the following within the experience information. ''The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. Drivers are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver. Full details are available at the time of booking.''
As always with any added extras, these are completely optional and are there for you to make your experience more memorable. I do apologise if on the day of the experience you were made to feel uncomfortable, I will be passing your comments over to the supplier to be looked into.
