Are you a gin lover? Fancy yourself a distiller too? Join Barbican Botanics for a masterclass in all things Gin!
Upon arrival enjoy a G&T each whilst settling in. The expert distilling host will then give you a seminar on the history and renaissance of gin whilst you enjoy a second G&T. Begin the second part of this masterclass by learning about botanicals and how certain blends create certain types of gin, you will also sample three popular gin styles to help you become acquainted with botanical blending. You will then spend some time creating your own blend selecting botanicals and combinations to make a unique product.
Time for another G&T? Enjoy a sample of your own blend whilst the master distillers’ bottle and label a 70cl bottle of your own gins to take home with you. Play distiller for the afternoon and enjoy some wonderful gins in the process.
