Mini Chocolate Class with Champagne Afternoon tea for two at Cake Boy

Join award-wining Pastry chef Eric Lanlard for a coffee before he demonstrates how to build his signature Valrhona Chocolate & Raspberry Tort.

You and your guest will then build your own, as the torte sets in the blast chiller you will make a dozen hazelnut truffles each.

Then it is time to decorate your torte with some amazing chocolate decorations. Now you can sit down and enjoy a delightful Champagne afternoon tea.

You will both go home with your torte, truffles, a Cake-Boy apron and a 10% discount voucher to use in the Baking Boutique.

The experience is run from 9.30am till 1.30pm.
