Gin Room Connoisseur Masterclass for Two at Barbican Botanics

Gin-dulge in all things Gin!

Begin the class with a G&T to get your palate warmed up, you will then be greeted by your host who will give you a brief history of gin and its origins, sip on a perfect serve gin and tonic during your seminar.

After your gin history you will be given samples of three popular gin styles, during this stage you will be introduced to botanicals and how their combinations create certain varieties of gin.

Do you now have an understanding of gin and botanicals? Put your new knowledge to the test and create your own unique blend of gin, select your botanicals from an array of different ingredients. You will each enjoy a miniature of your own unique blend G&T’s whilst the distillers’ bottle and label a 350ml bottle of your unique blend to take home with you.

When can I go?

Gin Masterclasses are available Saturday and Sunday's or on other days/times by arrangement, all Subject to availabilty.

The minimum age for this experience is 18 years old.
