Experience the Blackpool Tower Ballroom in true style. The Blackpool Tower Ballroom is known and celebrated throughout the world for both its stunning architecture and fantastic dance floor, making it the perfect place for afternoon tea.
Visitors can dance and relax in style as they enjoy afternoon tea in this historic icon. Whether you want to be spun around by your partner on the beautiful sprung dance floor or you just want to watch the world dance by, what better way to relax than by enjoying a scrumptious tea while listening to the sounds of The Blackpool Tower’s Wurlitzer Organ.
This experience includes entry to the Blackpool Tower Ballroom for two accompanied by afternoon tea. You will receive freshly made sandwiches, a choice of cake from the daily selection, scones served with clotted cream and jam as well as a pot of tea or coffee.
This experience is available 7 days a week subject to availability, afternoon tea can be booked for either the 12:00pm or 12:30pm time slots.
Tables will be booked for 90 minutes. However, guests are welcome to stay in the Ballroom area.
This experience is for two people.

We enjoyed afternoon tea in the iconic Tower ballroom for our 20th anniversary. The food was delicious served by friendly, attentive staff. Wurlitzer wonderful as always. Shame some areas of the tower are looking shabby but we still had a special day to remember.

We had a voucher for an afternoon tea in the Tower Ballroom and made a booking. The confirmation told us to take a printed version of the confirmation to the ballroom entrance. We presented this at the correct day and time. We were given two tickets for a cream tea and told to go to the tea hatch and exchange them for the cream teas. The afternoon tea section was waitress service and looked really nice, but our voucher/tickets were for cream teas which were not as nice. Not a good service from Activity Superstore!

As my husband is Type 1 insulin diabetic when I booked I mentioned about my husband’s dietary requirements. When we arrived they suggested more sandwiches rather than cakes. I can honestly say the sandwiches were terrible. Surely tasty sandwiches are not difficult to make.
