We had a Dad's and Lads session booked and it was fantastic! From the moment we got there, the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help you out or just have a chat about the facility and experiences. They were all great with my son and ade him feel very welcome to the venue and activity. Our instructor in the tank (Mick I think it was) was great! Spoke in depth about the tank (which was fascinating!), it's history, other on site vehicles and general chit chat. He made my son feel a key part of the experience, engaging with him really well and making him feel right at home and confident with his role in firing the gun!
Overall we had a brilliant time in the tanks and in the museum! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone! It's a great laugh and great fun driving a tank (moreso with the hatch down and being 6ft4"!
Do it. You won't be disappointed!
We're going to book again for next year!

No I do not recommend this product.
A little disappointed that the vehicle was a personnel carrier with a turret and not an actual tank as advertised. Fun to be in though and the instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. The gun is air powered, firing golf ball sized paint balls, fun but I expected something better. The route is a little sad, an oval around a flat field, maybe more could be done here, some up and down and maybe a ford or something. Sum up? Good fun , but no where near value for £170.

A brilliant visit, not just for lads and dad's. Bought this for my girlfriend's birthday, she loved it. Mick the instructor was extremely informative and put us both at ease. The museum is full of interesting factoids.

My Grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
It all started by visiting the Museum, along with my wife and two Granddaughters as well.
The whole family had a great time in the several buildings that were all packed with military vehicles, all displayed with additional scenery to make it seem like real War time locations!
We also made use of a nice cafe also.
The Dads and lads experience was something else! The tank was amazing and the Instructor who was ex-military was excellent in his knowledge.
To think that I drove a real life tank and my Grandsons smile showed how much he loved everything!

Driving the tank was a great experience, Elliot (11) really enjoyed the target shooting and riding in the tank. Very friendly staff! The museum was well laid out and informative displays - could have been slightly warmer - refreshement options were basic but good

My wife bought me the Adult and Child combo as a Xmas present, and me and my daughter had great fun (much more so than thought before going). I messed them about a little with the booking - the staff at Armourgeddon never lost patience. The day itself was unfussy fun - and Aidan our instructor/guide was funny, made all the activities interesting and he was not at all boring (as can be the case with guides of this type). Thanks for a great morning.
