Cacao Ceremony for Two at Full Circle Experience

Cacao is a fruit rich in antioxidants which will improve your immune system and a cardiovascular booster. The ceremonial cacao is a spiritual drink that matches perfectly with the resonance and vibrations of sound meditation, soothing the heart and soul.

The cacao plant has a long history of being used by indigenous people to heal the body, mind and spirit. Modern science also found many health benefits of consuming cacao, for example, heart protection, better digestion, less stress, and lower risk of diabetes.

Cocoa, we know as chocolate is made of processed, roasted cacao beans. We are not talking about industrialised commercial chocolate made by ‘Nestle’, or ‘Kraft,’ that’s packed full of milk, sugar, and fats, but the cacao paste we use to prepare the delicious and rich-flavoured drink for you is made of raw cacao beans. This helps us to fully benefit from it during and after the session.
